Before companies in Indonesia operate, they are required to have environmental documents. Environmental documents can be in the form of AMDAL or UKL UPL which are regulated in Minister of Environment and Forestry Regulation number 4 of 2021 concerning List of Businesses and/or Activities that are Required to Have Environmental Impact Analysis, Environmental Management Efforts, and Environmental Monitoring Efforts or Letters Statement of Capability to Manage and Monitor the Environment. This rule is in line with Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation Number 5 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing.
In preparing this AMDAL document, you must have competence and certification so that you can determine potential hypothetical impacts that are suitable to be presented at technical meetings and commission meetings. Companies that are already operating but do not yet have documents are required to prepare environmental documents in the form of DELH or DPLH. PT Ibantos is experienced in preparing environmental documents and acts as a liaison between companies and environmental institutions that issue permits.
