Before companies in Indonesia operate, they are required to have environmental documents. Environmental documents can be an AMDAL or UKL UPL, which are regulated in the Minister of Environment and Forestry Regulation number 4 of 2021 concerning List of Businesses and/or Activities Required to Have an Analysis of Environmental Impacts, Environmental Management Efforts and Environmental Monitoring Efforts or a Statement Letter Ability to Manage and Monitor the Environment. This regulation is in line with Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia number 5 of 2021 concerning Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing.
In preparing this AMDAL document is required to have competence and certification so that it can determine the appropriate Potential Hypothetical Impact to be submitted at technical meetings and commission meetings.
Companies that are already operating but do not have documents are required to prepare environmental documents in the form of DELH or DPLH.
PT Ibantos has experience in compiling these environmental documents and acts as a mediating relationship between companies and environmental institutions that issue permits.
